All orders are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit, giving our customers confidence when purchasing precious metals from our website. Risk remains with us until your Order is delivered to you or collected by you, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders that are fully processed before 3:00pm (UK time) will normally be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note that dispatch may occasionally be delayed if additional payment verification, identity checks or security checks are required.
During periods of high demand, please allow up to an additional 2 – 5 working days for dispatch on all orders, regardless of the delivery service selected.

Most UK orders are delivered within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch. Remote or island locations may take longer. In any event, delivery will take place within 30 days of acceptance of your Order.

For eligible orders, we may offer a Click & Collect option allowing you to collect your Order in person from a selected location.
Click & Collect is subject to additional security and compliance requirements, including:
- Collection in person only (no third-party collection);
- Production of valid original identification and proof of address; and
- Possible cooling-off or holding periods for high value orders.
You will be notified when your Order is ready for collection and provided with collection instructions.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Gold Bank may require orders to be delivered to the verified billing address associated with your payment method or registered account.

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery on another day
- Leave instructions for collection from a local depot
- Provide a delivery notification with further instructions

At present, Gold Bank primarily delivers within the United Kingdom.
Customers requiring international delivery are advised to contact our support team before placing an order to confirm whether delivery options are available.
For orders shipped OUTSIDE THE UK we do not collect VAT/duties at the point of sale. As a result, your order may be subject to local taxes, duties and customs charges before delivery.
