What if my items contain parts which are not precious metal e.g. stones?
Not to worry, all your items will be re-inspected once we receive them so if there are any non-precious containing items it will be recalculated to reflect the correct value and a member of our team will of course contact you with the updated price before proceeding.
Are your prices quoted in real-time and reflective on current market value?

Please bring with you at least 1 form of Government Photo ID e.g. Driving License and/or Passport and your sell order receipt to help us locate your order quicker.

How long does the Click & Drop appointment usually take?
Typically we find our customers finish their appointment between 5-15 minutes on average.
What if the gold price suddenly changes after I have checked out?
Not to worry regardless of the commodity price going up or down we will guarantee to pay you the price we have quoted.
